From Silicon Valley boardrooms to locker rooms — Larry brings elite-level strategy to every athlete’s journey.

“I’m not trying to be the next flashy agent. I’m trying to be the realest one. I’ve lived it. I’ve worked for it. And now, I want to give that back.”— Larry Doleman
Meet the Founder — Larry Doleman
Larry Doleman is more than a seasoned executive — he’s a mentor, a strategist, and someone who genuinely cares about the people he works with. With over 3 decades of professional and entrepreneurial experience, Larry’s career has spanned high-level roles in Silicon Valley, including work at Cisco Systems, 3Com Corporation, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). He has held leadership positions in sales, business development, and marketing, and spent a decade negotiating complex, high-stakes contracts.
Larry holds degrees from UC Davis (Electrical Engineering & Computer Science), St. Mary’s College (Masters in Business Administration), and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His deep understanding of both business strategy and personal growth makes him uniquely positioned to guide athletes through the complexities of professional sports careers.
Throughout his career, Larry has built a world-class reputation for fairness, loyalty, and integrity — values that now form the foundation of Next Level Sports Management (NLSM). His professional track record includes developing marketing strategies, leading product rollouts, and negotiating deals that have impacted executives, communities, and families alike.
But perhaps what sets Larry apart most is what drives him.
Why He Started This
Larry was born and raised in the Greater Bay Area, growing up in an environment where opportunity wasn’t guaranteed — and mentorship was everything. He participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program as a youth, and that early support left a lifelong impression. Sports played a huge role in his life, particularly football and basketball, where he learned discipline, teamwork, and the value of pushing forward.
For Larry, starting NLSM isn’t just a business move — it’s a calling. He’s seen firsthand how athletes are often misled or underrepresented. That’s why his goal is to mentor, advocate for, and protect athletes — to ensure they have someone in their corner who genuinely understands their world and is committed to helping them win both on and off the field.
He’s not in it for the money. He’s in it to build futures, protect families, and guide athletes to become leaders — not just in sports, but in life.
